Each year, Uniting Voices Chicago provides life-changing music programs for thousands of Chicago youth, reaching every corner of our city.
Singers in our school programs have access to an elevated educational experience through the power of the arts. Our Neighborhood Choirs perform in their own communities, providing a cultural experience that improves neighborhood vitality. Our tours expand the worldview of our singers as they serve as ambassadors for Chicago and forge new connections with youth across the nation and internationally.
Our programs empower singers to expand their horizons and embrace a leading role in the world through new music, new friends and a new-found sense of confidence. We provide a safe space for youth to express themselves, emphasizing inclusivity and belonging.

Uniting Voices Chicago puts every dollar to work empowering the next generation of leaders through cultural connections and musical excellence. 80 percent of our operating budget comes from individual donations, corporate contributions and grants. Over 70 percent of our singers participate for free, and no singer is ever turned away for financial reasons. We primarily serve youth from low-moderate income households and diverse communities.
